The Fear Factor in Russian Business Startups
"Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life has not. In some schools have abolished failing grades, will give you as many times as you want to get the right answer. This does not have the slightest resemblance to anything in real life. "- Bill Gates
In communist or socialist governments tends to be mediocre business efforts. Any person wishing to start a business often find little in the form of "interest" to commit their time and talent to something that will never be able to benefit.
After the collapse of Russia a new thinking was needed to move the country forward. The choice was capitalism and entrepreneurship flint was beaten often in an effort to revive the economy.
There is a push by Russia to promote the cause of the employer to provide classes that help people learn to develop their own business. Reports indicate that other European universities will be up to 70% their higher education institutions offering business development classes.
The idea of being able to create opportunities is leading many citizens of Russia to treat to build a better life through the mechanism of capitalism, relying on consumer demand. The ultimate goal is to develop a business that can provide a financial benefit staff.

More than an interest in fulfilling a dream, these entrepreneurs are afraid they may have little chance unless they find themselves. It is the fear of failure may be the driving force behind some of these men and women.
By contrast, in many cultures existing capitalist who is the aspiration to provide means of motivation. There may be less fear of failure, while ambition that provides fuel to reach more and more to maximize certain goals.
It is interesting that while the goals are different, the result end may be similar, the development of a successful business depends on a dream.
As Russian universities continue to offer and develop practical programs for their students, the world is likely that success in new enterprises in Russia.
Although some of the business programs are likely to draw western the end result will remain exclusive of Russia in the design and execution of another thread to add color to the tapestry of a global economy.

Based on thorough studies of several European business schools it shows that the formation of the content is a complex issue that only can be understood if one goes beyond simple investigations of the curricula. Business schools are together with the consulting companies and the business press the core of a new management knowledge industry. In addition to producing knowledge, these institutions also provide legitimacy for managers and organizations that are using them. The role of the business schools as legitimacy providers is not only based on the knowledge they provide, but also on different symbols of the schools, like mission statements, titles, prestige, and networking. In this book, the content and the symbols of the European business schools are seen as two interrelated entities. |
