Importance of Soft Skills in teaching MBA Schools
To succeed in today's world it is important to be well equipped with soft skills technical skills. Well, we are all aware of the difficult skills, technical skills required to perform any task or play any role. This is what today's technical qualifications to train us. In PGDM and MBA courses such as International Business Master of the financing of studies, marketing, strategy international business, etc. Engineers are trained to deal with machines. Similarly all professional courses we train for one thing or another.
While busy learning all the technical skills we forgot a very important training is needed for the survival of an individual and the growth of any industry.
